Handling of Personal Information
- When obtaining personal information, we specify the purpose and collect only the amount necessary to achieve that purpose. Additionally, when utilising personal information, we confine its use to the stated, notified, or announced purpose in advance.
- Personal information will not be provided or disclosed to third parties without the prior consent of the individual. Note that, even with individual consent, personal & contact information will not be utilised or shared beyond the lawful scope defined by laws and ordinances.
- Each company managing personal information designates a manager responsible for overseeing proper security management. When outsourcing personal information processing to a contractor, we ensure vigilant supervision to uphold appropriate security measures.
- Responding to requests for disclosure or correction of personal information from individuals will be done in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Please be aware that specific documents, identity verification methods, and fees reflecting actual costs may be specified for such requests.
- Internal regulations governing the handling of personal information are maintained. We conduct employee education, internal audits, and continuous reviews with a commitment to improvement.

- Apart from standard procedures, actions may differ in response to requests from public institutions, as allowed by applicable laws and regulations.
- Information about the handling of personal information within our group is made public through avenues such as display on the Nishitetsu Group homepage.
