Aluminum Extrusions from 14 Countries Subject to Anti-Dumping Duties

On October 30, 2024, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) announced aluminum extrusions from China, Colombia, Ecuador, India, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam do not materially injure U.S. industry. Therefore, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) will not be issuing antidumping or countervailing duty orders on these imports. A report will be available by December 10, 2024 on the ITC website.

AD/CVD deposits paid to U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) in relation to this investigation will be refunded to importers by CBP.
